We guarantee your satisfaction with everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, and with the original tags intact.

Exchanges
We only exchange items of the same style and price. If you need to exchange a defective item or an item for the same item in a different color or size, contact us with your order number and a description of what you’d like to exchange, and then send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund or exchange. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any shipping charges. For exchanges, we will send out a replacement item per your request to the shipping address on your original order.
If your item is ineligible for return, we will contact you to explain your options.
Returns for refund or exchange take up to 15 days to process. You can always contact us if you don’t hear back from us within that time.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
